How long does UK delivery take and what does it cost?
Orders are dispatched within 2 to 3 business days, and delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and the courier. Delivery is free on orders over £60 and costs £3.99 on orders under £60. Tracking is sent to you once your order has shipped. Full details are on our delivery information page.
Can I collect my order instead of having it delivered?
Yes. Click & Collect is free and available Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm, at D009 Tradestars Hackney Wick, 415 Wick Lane, London E3 2JG. Wait for the "ready for pickup" email before you visit, because orders need time to be prepared. We hold a collection order for 7 days, after which it is cancelled and refunded automatically.
Do you deliver outside the UK, and will I pay customs charges?
Yes, we ship to selected countries with DHL Express, and available destinations appear at checkout. International orders are dispatched within 2 to 3 business days, and delivery usually takes around 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, though customs processing can make it longer. You may have to pay customs duties, import VAT or DHL handling fees in your country, and these are not included in our prices.
What if my tufting gun is faulty or arrives damaged?
Contact us straight away so we can put it right. Every tufting gun we sell is backed by a warranty covering the motor and key parts, and each gun and kit is inspected by hand before dispatch. If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you do not pay the return shipping. Please check your order as soon as it arrives and send us a message on WhatsApp or email
What is the difference between UK Tufting, Cheeky Studio and Cheekyarn?
UK Tufting is the online shop for tufting equipment and supplies. Cheeky Studio is the tufting workshop in Hackney Wick where we test our products and where people tuft. Cheekyarn is the tufting yarn brand behind the Loop 8 recycled yarn that we sell.
Do you supply schools, universities and studios?
Yes. We offer trade and education pricing of up to 20% off tufting guns, frames and recycled Loop 8 yarn for UK schools, universities, art centres and studios, along with staff training. Community groups can also place group orders.

You get tested equipment, real support and clear UK policies. Our products are tested in our own workshop, guns carry a warranty on the motor and key parts, and our London team answers questions on WhatsApp and email.
