We currently deliver across the UK.
All orders are carefully processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days.
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the courier service.

- £3.99 standard delivery for orders under £60

Click & Collect
Free Click & Collect is available during our opening hours.

Please wait for your “ready for pickup” confirmation email before visiting, as orders need time to be prepared.
Click & Collect holding period
Once your order is marked as ready for Click & Collect, we will hold it for 7 days.
If the order is not collected within this period, it will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
International Delivery
We currently use Royal Mail for most international orders.
Please note that international delivery outside the UK may take longer than domestic delivery. While some parcels may arrive sooner, we recommend allowing 3–4 weeks for international delivery, depending on the destination country, customs processing, and local postal services.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched. However, for some international shipments, tracking updates may be limited once the parcel leaves the UK. This can vary depending on the destination country and the local delivery partner.
If you need faster or more reliable international delivery, please contact us before placing your order at contact@uktufting.com. We may be able to arrange an express international courier service for an additional shipping fee.
Please also note that international customers may be responsible for any customs duties, import VAT, or local handling fees charged by their country.
Tracking & Support
All orders are shipped with trusted carriers and include tracking information, which will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.
For UK orders, tracking is usually updated throughout the delivery process.
For international orders, tracking updates may be limited after the parcel leaves the UK, especially when the shipment is handed over to the local postal service in the destination country. International delivery may take 3–4 weeks, depending on customs and local delivery conditions.

- Delivery responsibility
- If an issue occurs due to a carrier error (such as loss or delivery failure), we will take responsibility and assist with resolving the issue.
- If an issue is caused by an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer, responsibility rests with the customer.
- Address Changes
- Before dispatch: Address changes are possible. Please contact us as soon as possible.
- After dispatch: Address changes are not possible once the order has left our facility.
