What is the return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
If the return is due to a change of mind, any non-refundable payment processing fees charged by the payment provider will be deducted from the refund amount.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

What items are eligible for return?
Items must be returned unused, in a resaleable condition, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.
If an item shows signs of use, damage, or is returned in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or to make a deduction to reflect any reduction in the item’s value.

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
What should I do if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Do you offer exchanges?
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order separately.
