Delivery Information

We currently deliver across the UK.

All orders are carefully processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days.

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the courier service.

Delivery Fees

• Free delivery on orders over £60
  
• £3.99 standard delivery for orders under £60
  

Delivery costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

Click & Collect

Free Click & Collect is available during our opening hours.

Opening hours:
Monday–Friday, 10am–5pm

Click & Collect location:

Please wait for your “ready for pickup” confirmation email before visiting, as orders need time to be prepared.

Click & Collect holding period

Once your order is marked as ready for Click & Collect, we will hold it for 7 days.
If the order is not collected within this period, it will be automatically cancelled and refunded.

Tracking & Support

All orders are shipped with trusted UK carriers and include tracking information, which will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.

- Delivery responsibility

• If an issue occurs due to a carrier error (such as loss or delivery failure), we will take responsibility and assist with resolving the issue.
  
• If an issue is caused by an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer, responsibility rests with the customer.
  

- Address Changes

• Before dispatch: Address changes are possible. Please contact us as soon as possible.
  
• After dispatch: Address changes are not possible once the order has left our facility.
